Aprovechando que RBC está en los 91.9, tienen que poner la cuṉa de 1993 “RBC La Estación, las 24 horas del dia, con musica en nuestro idioma” pero con Belmont diciendo “91.9 en su dial” al final de la cuṉa.

Otra vez está en silencio RBC. Se les acaba su playlist y ahí queda al parecer.

La Kalle del 2009-12 si pegaba, sobretodo el primer año cuando ocupo la antigua dial de Radio Z 95.5 FM, aún recuerdo escucharla en los autobuses y sobre todo recuerdo su cuña de “Teeeeeeechnoooooo!!!”… En cambio La Hot si fue un remake exacto de Top FM, un arroz con mango que paso sin pena ni gloria.

Cumbia Mix al inicio se publicitaba cómo radio de 100% cumbia, luego en el verano de 2019 me sorprendió escuchar más géneros como rock, salsa y techno (a este último recuerdo haberlo escuchado hasta mediados) pero finalmente parece se dieron cuenta que esa fórmula no funcionaría y quedaron en sus últimos 4 meses solo con cumbia y salsa.

En La Mega debieron quedarse con el formato antiguo que tenía una regular aceptación, hoy ya empezaron otra vez con los experimentos y no tengo un buen presentimiento habiendo visto como les fue a las mencionadas La Hot y a Top FM. Deberían hacer aunque sea vía online La Zona Salsa (o algún nombre similar) para hacer competencia a las dos conocidas radios salseras.

Hubiera sugerido también que en La Mega programen los géneros musicales en bloques diferentes: por ejemplo de 6 am a 10 am cumbia, de 10 am a 2 pm baladas, de 2 pm a 6 pm reggaeton/urbano y así sucesivamente, pero tampoco creo sea buena idea.

Creo que La Kalle fue la primera en atreverse a tocar techno nuevamente ya que este estaba olvidado después de la desaparición de su bloque “recordando el techno” de Okey y Moda. Luego lo usarian en Z y ahora Oxigeno, Oasis y América lo tocan regularmente.

Cumbia Mix me acuerdo que hasta intentó poner cumbia villera pero tampoco les resultó. Quiso copiarse de la olvidada Radiomix.

Este corte fue más breve que el anterior y al regresar al playlist ya comentado anteriormente han agregado mas canciones como varias romanticonas del pop rock peruano. Ej.: Sed de Líbido, Todo estaba bien de Río, Alguien que bese como tu y ¿Cómo te va mi amor? de Pedro Suárez-Vértiz que se escucha en este momento.

Me late que La Kalle se dejó presionar por la gente de Z, y creo que por eso hizo el cambio de dial, sin saber que eso terminaría hundiendo a la radio que poco a poco se ganaba su gente.

Por otro lado, Okey estuvo en manos equivocadas, ya que nunca ha podido expandirse como debió ser y luego terminó cayendo al olvido.

Sobre Cumbia Mix, en su última etapa creo que fácilmente pudo ser una sub radio de Panamericana (Panamericana más, como nombre tentativo) y pueda emitir tranquilamente salsa, cumbia y en las mañanas, boleros. Incluso, podría meterse a emitir música criolla al mediodía y así ser competencia directa de La Kalle.

Hoy de puro aburrido sintonicé La Mega pero en AM y en esa señal emiten la señal satelital, en la FM ponen la publicidad a la mala mientras en la AM aún emiten sus cuñas anteriores cuando eran cumbia y sus canciones cortadas para la desconexión territorial (las cuales por ratos suenan en FM). No hay un orden establecido como la señal de Oxigeno que se puede oír en Directv. Cuando les tocó dar la hora usaron la cuña de RPP, es un desorden total.

Phillips Butters no pudo alquilar Radio Union FM y esta pasó a ser administrada desde hoy 2 de noviembre de 2022 por los evangélicos de Nuevo Tiempo.

Confirmo ello… Actualmente en los 103.3 FM está ahora Radio Nuevo Tiempo, la cuál repite la misma programación que ellos tienen en los 1380 AM aquí en Lima.

Desde la medianoche La Mega ha ordenado su programación quitando un gran porcentaje de cumbia, aún suena una que otra. Ya está mas enfocada en salsa, reggaetón, pop urbano. rock & pop 80’s - 90’s y techno (eurodance). Sin embargo sus redes como Facebook e Instagram siguen activas con el contenido farandulero y usando el logo de su etapa cumbia, las publicaciones han seguido igual desde su cambio de formato. La diferencia con América es que no tocan las pachangueras olvidadas de los 90’s.

Revisando sus redes resulta que Radio Nuevo Tiempo ya había anunciado el inicio de una “nueva etapa”:

Con razón ayer que estaba cambiando de radio me di cuenta que pasaban una misa (o algo así) algo que no era usual en Unión ya que en la madrugada solo pasaban música.

Aquí ya anuncian el fin.

A Butters solo le quedaría los 105.5 pero esos naturistas deben ser la vieja confiable de la radio. Alquiler seguro sin problema alguno.

Quizás lo mismo pensaron los de Unión.

Por cierto, esta sería la única radio religiosa en FM con cobertura en todo Lima porque las demás son zonales o están en AM.
