Puede ser, aunque de donde lo saque de una revista es de fines de los 90s
Muy interesante se ve los planos del Santa Isabel como además su dibujo de la fachada en los planos y otras cosas curiosas relacionadas a Santa Isabel
Planos del Santa Isabel del JOCKEY PLAZA ojalá estuvieran en mejor calidad están un poco borrosos, pero de igual manera sirven porque nos podemos dar una idea de cómo era además de la fachada todos estos registros me sirven bastante para un proyecto de un videojuego que estoy haciendo ahora las fotos

La Marina en uno de ellos se ve que en el primer piso habría una farmacia (probablemente BOTICAS FASA) y un market express ni idea que pudieron haber puesto ahí y también en uno de los prototipos hay un texto que dice 24 horas de seguro el local lo tenían planeado para que también atendiera de esa forma

Sí, este Market Express abría de noche cuando la tienda principal cerraba, básicamente tomaban productos que comúnmente la gente compraría de noche y los ponían a la venta. Era algo así como el market de un grifo o similares.
Sinceramente los planos del centro comercial Higuereta son verdaderamente confusos, nada que ver con los planos antiguos donde aparecían Oechsle y Monterey.
Definitivamente ESTO SÍ era arquitectura. Un excelente diseño respetando y repotenciando el preexistente. Tengo muy ligeros chispazos de niño cuando iba por allá, como de la cafetería que miraba hacia Benavides, las escaleras hacia afuera y otras interiores más. También de lo acogedor que era el supermercado, todo un lujo esa tienda, aprovechaban cada rincón, incluso los exteriores como la plazuela desde donde se veía el interior de la tienda en lunas. Ese lugar era mágico, siempre me encantó Santa Isabel (ahora tengo una bolsa del panda y hasta uno de los rompecabezas). Tristemente, la aberración en la que convirtieron ese local no le hace justicia a sus años de gloria. Todo mal acomodado, escaleras anuladas en su mayoría, segundo piso inaccesible, piso irregular, instalaciones en estado “fantasma”, poca variedad de productos y cada vez han ido retirando más áreas como recientemente la de licores que ahora es un almacén. El local de Mercaderes es un mal chiste, el ocaso de una tienda de Super Vea que inició matando todo lo bueno que había dejado Santa Isabel ahí, una verdadera pena. Mil gracias por los planos originales, me has hecho muy feliz.

Es una pena, le habría dado una nueva cara a la zona como Santa Isabel (aunque ahora en el lugar del proyecto hay una construcción muy llamativa). Sin embargo, no se sabe cómo lo habrían reconvertido en un Plaza Vea en los años iniciales, pero algo me dice que actualmente lo habrían transformado al formato premium.
Esto es muy interesante todo eso que me comentas y lo de que plaza vea termino haciendo mal el local cuando paso a la marca tienes razón yo fui el año pasado a la Lema y por ahí entre al local y si no tiene tanta variedad igual como tú dices y sobre lo que me comentas de cómo era el local se nota que era bastante interesante otra cosa te acuerdas que había en el segundo piso ni me di cuenta de su existencia cuando fui ahí el año pasado de igual manera muchas gracias por la información de cómo era el local muy interesante todo cuídate buenas tardes gracias

En 5.000 m2 de terreno, se desarrolló proyecto. Este fue ingresado al Municipio, permiso de edificación pagado. La construcción fue suspendida por declararse el área donde se emplazaba, Monumento Nacional.
Lo más probable es que al ser un monumento nacional no quisieron hacer el supermercado y se canceló todo

Lo más probable conociendo a Intercorp es que de haberse construido este local probablemente hubiera durados hasta mediados del 2005 aprox. y de seguro lo hubieran transformado en Plaza Vea o Vivanda modificando toda la estructura conociendo a INTERCORP
Muy interesante al final de todo si se llegó a poner ese market express tenía algún nombre o solo ese y en que parte quedaba del local?
Me encontré por ahí hay un tal Shopping Center Santa María - Lima que hay tiene un local de Santa Isabel donde se ve el plano de la fachada ni idea de que será esto, pero en una de las fotos se ve que dice Av. Caminos del Inca ni idea si será ahí si alguien conoce de esto puede añadir información adicional se lo agradecería bastante

El market express estaba ahí mismo donde lo mostraban los planos, en la esquina izquierda de la parte que da a la avenida La Marina, a la izquierda de la entrada principal. No recuerdo bien si la persona que me comentó sobre esa área me dijo si tenía algún nombre, solo que vendían algunas cosas tipo tienda de conveniencia, como comidas preparadas, productos básicos, snacks y creo que hasta panadería.
Recuerdo el segundo piso más en la era del logo de la sonrisa que con el panda. El segundo piso (que mira hacia el estacionamiento de atrás) era área de juguetería, y tenía algunos juegos mecánicos. En ese entonces, tanto Wong, Metro y Santa Isabel tenían juegos para los niños y también se podía acceder por una escalera cerca de la puerta de los estacionamientos de atrás. Desconozco si en la etapa del panda el segundo piso se habrá usado para otros fines. Creo que al convertirse en Super Vea lo cerraron permanentemente (o quizá me equivoco y fue tiempo después?) Durante un tiempo previo a la pandemia se reabrió para convertirlo en DeliVea, pero actualmente está cerrado desde hace años y el único acceso que está a la vista es una escalera al lado del ingreso de Interbank dentro del supermercado pero es restringido.
El C.C. Santa María es el centro comercial que existe oculto bajo el nombre de Plaza Vea Chacarilla/Caminos del Inca. Si bajas al estacionamiento subterráneo podrás encontrar señaléticas con el nombre del antiguo Centro Comercial. Los planos que envías los recuerdo ya que de niño pasé con mi mamá mientras lo remodelaban al logo de la sonrisa. Justo esa esquina que unía las dos alas del C.C. era muy vistosa, tenía alguna animación de vez en cuando. Hoy ya no existe, claramente. Sin embargo, se puede ver hasta el año 2005 en Google Earth:

1996, justo el año previo al del post que hice. El mes exacto sí desconozco.
Dejo este registro del distrito de Miraflores. Vemos algunos lugares como el Faro de la Marina, el Puente Villena, el Club Tenis Las Terrazas, un extremo del Parque del Amor y el Malecón Cisneros. Cabe resaltar que fue grabado en varios días de Enero y Febrero del 2000, de ahí su larga duración, además que se muestra el interior del departamento en donde están.

La Av. Javier Prado Este en el cruce con la Av. Golf los Incas en el distrito de La Molina, junio de 2024. Como gracia, el letrero giratorio de publicidad señala el Auto Rápido del KFC al lado contrario del local cercano, visible al fondo.
La Av. Brasil en el cruce con la Av. de la Policía, apuntando al Jr. Cabo Nicolás Gutarra entre los distritos de Jesús María y Pueblo Libre, julio de 2024. Al mes siguiente, los teléfonos públicos de este último distrito serían retirados.
